39th Ave House

This house was being submitted for development permit when I started working at Housebrand. I saw it go from drawings to a working show home. Since Housebrand is a design/build company, and our office was just a few blocks away, I spent a ton of time on site. I even made a timelapse video of the construction, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UUUkkQTm_JA. I was also asked to make models, graphics, brochures and do the detailing of the exterior facade. I used a grasshopper script to randomize the width and coloration of James Hardie lap siding.  It has some amazing features inside and out, and I am proud to have been a part of this project.
